Rural Solutions: Rural Round-up webinar

Rural Solutions is inviting farmers and land managers to join them for their next Rural Round-up webinar on Tuesday 11th February.

The team will discuss the outlook for the rural sector and the changes to planning policy and inheritance tax that could have far reaching implications for rural development.

The panel will talk through the recent changes to the National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF), and the wider suite of proposals being implemented and consulted on to unlock development, and the strategic opportunities these present for those involved in the management and development of rural land and property.

An RS spokesperson said, “With a challenging financial outlook for farms and estates, opportunities to generate capital receipts through development will be welcomed by some. Alongside this we will look at some of the ways in which land-based businesses can generate income through development and diversification to boost cashflow.

“If you own, manage or are looking to develop land and property in the countryside, are running, expanding, or starting a land-based or other rural business or providing products and services to those who are, this webinar will help you navigate the changes and respond to the opportunities ahead.
